| Delivery Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will be delivered the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. |

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to deliver all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of delivery will be delivered as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given delivery, plus any applicable delivery charges. You will only be charged for delivery at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this delivery charge may be applied to the first product(s) delivery on a multiple delivery order. |

| We will deliver your product as it becomes available. Usually, if products are ordered by 3:00PM, they will be delivered the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. |

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us
within 7 business days of receiving your order. You may reach us by email at: info@lullabylayette.com. All
returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit.
If you fail to notify us of your desire to return or replace your purchase
within the 7 business day window, or if we suspect an item that you have returned
has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the
purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or
ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or
credit after 15 days from receiving your order. Delivery costs cannot be
refunded by us. All delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. If you
received free delivery with your purchase, the cost of the initial delivery and
handling will be subtracted from your refund. Delivery costs will apply to
replacement items.

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lullaby Layette shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lullaby Layette shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lullaby Layette shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
